Flagler County Senior Services

Senior Services provides for, or otherwise arranges, a variety of services for Flagler County residents who are over the age of 60. These services are funded by grants from the federal Older Americans Act, the state’s Community Care for the Elderly program, and the County’s General Fund. They include the following: Case management Congregate dining Elderly Heat Energy Assistance Program (EHEAP) Home delivered meals Homemaking Information and referral Nutrition education Outreach Public education Recreation Respite care, both in-home and in-facility Screening
