Cedar Bridge Foundation is a dedicated 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with exceptional needs and their families through proactive advocacy and comprehensive support. Our mission is to Build Resources, Foster Inclusion, Facilitate Development, Encourage Growth, and Enhance Education (BRIDGE).
