Their garden area is in the church's atrium - they need assistance with pulling weeds, trimming bushes and planting plants, and spreading mulch in the spring. The garden plays an important role in creating a peaceful, welcoming space for community members attending weekly food drives, community dinners, and programs such as free tax preparation services. You must have the ability to get up and down, on your knees, also carry less than 10 lbs of materials form garden. You may need gloves and knee pads which we are unable to provide. This would support those in the community who cannot come to church for various reasons and support those who attend church on a weekly basis. Previous experience with sound equipment and IT materials is required. This will include a regular weekly shift for adults over the age of 18.
