Volunteer: Help with their Weekly Garden Clean Up - Thursdays1. Washington Oaks Gardens State Park needs volunteers to help with their Weekly Garden Clean Up. Volunteers are needed every Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon. Please wear comfortable clothes; long pants and closed toe shoes recommended. Volunteers will help us prepare the Gardens for the upcoming Holiday Season. You will work side by side with Park Rangers/Master Gardeners. Help with pruning, weeding, planting, gardening, rose trimming and care. You must sign up to assist and cannot just show up on the days you are interested.
